Beels collects information from you when you complete forms, upload files or make notes. The information collected includes the personal data you provide to us. When you complete a form on our website, we automatically receive and save information from your computer and browser, including your IP address and details about your software and hardware.

Confidential Information And Confidential Work Materials

Beels undertakes not to disclose to a third party, either directly or indirectly, any confidential information and/or confidential work materials, such as the information/materials defined below, which Beels obtains or becomes aware of within the framework of the Investment Readiness Process you perform and document.

In this context, information refers to all legal or other information you disclose. Information that is a matter of public knowledge, or information that becomes a matter of public knowledge, is not deemed to be confidential information. Furthermore, the term confidential information does not include information that was already a matter of public knowledge at the time of handover, or information which Beels already possesses or becomes aware of in some other manner.

Processing After Completion Of The Process

The information that is collected on this website during the process is depersonalised (your Company Name is erased) three months after completion of the process. The information is then stored by Beels so that your company will be able to activate your account and thus gain access to your information again. Depersonalised information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or forwarded to another company for any purpose without your prior consent, other than when this is necessary in order to comply with a request and/or transfer, e.g. in order to provide a service or satisfy an order.

Disclosure To Third Parties

Beels is the only party that owns the information collected on this website. Your personally identifiable information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or forwarded to another company for any purpose without your prior consent, other than when this is necessary in order to comply with a request and/or transfer, e.g. in order to provide a service or satisfy an order.
